i was finally able to catch some smiles.

this is what happens to a baby hattie when you can't feed her fast enough and you don't comb her hair.

i promise hattie is a smiley baby, she is just to interested in the black box i have pointed at her so i always get these looks.

hattie had her first cereal bites on the 1st. Most of it ended up on her, but she seems to really like it.

hattie had her 4 month doctor appointment today... she weighs 15 lbs which puts her in the 83%, 25.5 inches tall 92%. She will probable be tall.

Hattie is getting so good with her hands, we are having so much fun watching her grow.

hattie slept all day long on thanksgiving but this was taken the night before.

a call to serve

my brother levi got his mission call to the prague, czech republic mission. he kind of had a little party when he opened it. all the excitement wore hattie out. we are really happy for him.

1st halloween

she wasn't a very happy ducky, as you can see. but hattie and i spent halloween day at Kristi's studio. kristi took lots of amazing pictures of hattie in her costume, and showed me a new photoshop trick (yeah!).

a little flash back

We really can't believe how much she has grown. She is currently in 3-6 month clothing size and will be moving on very soon and she is only 2.5 months. Thanks for the pics Crickett!

the other day I put her chair in her crib so she could reach her mobile, next thing I know she started swatting at it. we are so proud.

Hattie update: What we thought was heat rash turned out to be baby acne but she seems to be getting over it now. She is now into some of her 3-6 mo. outfits and is showing no signs of slowing down.
